The “coordinator”Gail was no help today! I brought 2 products to the register and when she began scanning the items she found it did not carry a tag. Gail stated “Are there more of these in the back?” and when I said there was she then proceeded to send me walking to the back of the store saying “can you go get one”. One would think Gail gets paid to find the item with the tag… And lastly i asked Gail for help locating where a pen with a tag was or what the pen belonged to and she claimed she would have to take the pen and ask some random lady the next morning where it went! Gail you are a coordinator you should coordinate this pens location and my items tag yourself!

I wanted to write this review to recognize Mandy, the woman at the cash register. She was so incredibly sweet and even though the experience at the register is such a short one- she still used that time to give such welcoming kind service.
It’s a good one, but sometimes the beauty section is a bit messy, lacking, leaves more to be desired lol but then again, ppl may come there and clean them out. Other departments has good selections
I love Marshalls yet the last few yrs it's always a mess & look more like a thrift store. Lack of staff really can not be blamed because their are plenty of available staff at store ,these changes are throughout the chain in multiple states, so definitely a corporate decision & a very poor one at that
Store is well organized, wide verity of clothes shoes and beauty products and even items for your pet! The prices are ok, not deeply discounted at all. Store is big and clean they usually have enough cashiers.
Toms River Marshalls is the Best.

The store is always super clean.
The employees are all polite and helpful.
